Green School of International and Public Affairs' Václav Havel Program for Human Rights and Diplomacy hosted an engaging presentation and dialogue focused on Human Rights, Cuba and the international community. Distinguished member of the European Parliament Pavel Telička and three distinguished figures of Cuban democratic opposition, Rosa Maria-Payá, Pedro Fuentes-Cid and Orlando Gutierrez.
